Southside Waterfront Entasis Architecture was retained by Bermuda Land Development Company (BLDC) to develop a master plan for the redevelopment of one of their most prized locations being a sheltered deep water dock area just across the water from the old town of St. George's. The plan is to create a vibrant integrated development that combines a marina and full facilities for visiting yachtsmen with a small affordable hotel, commercial and retail facilities and residential components encompassing mid to upper range condominiums and a small development of exclusive high-end housing on a spectacular sloping site with its own private marina. Our services included an initial report and analysis of Rough Order of Magnitude costs.
