As seen in Bermuda Homes & Gardens - Summer 2004 Our collective portfolio of residential projects includes affordable low-cost housing and starter-homes, sheltered housing communities for the elderly, town-house and condominium developments ranging from entry-level to the luxury market, and exclusive individual residences. ‘We have enjoyed the opportunity to design luxurious accommodations for some celebrated clients. However, this has not separated us from the reality that for most people, building their own home is the biggest investment they are ever likely to make, in terms of both finance and emotion’. We have become known for thoroughly designed and well-crafted houses. While some of these may be large, very intricate or expensive, we have not lost the ability to be cost conscious and adopt creative solutions. Bermuda has a strong design tradition and a severe climate. These parameters have honed our skills of contextual design and durable construction. We are well versed in the need for careful detailing, selection of materials and working closely with local contractors and craftsmen. Our individual and international experience brings variety and freshness to our designs. We enjoy the challenge of being respectful to the local vernacular, whether in Bermuda or elsewhere, whilst advancing the level of design, comfort and convenience through technology and innovation.
