New Suites Hotel This conceptual proposal includes the complete redevelopment of a very attractive existing inland hotel property. The aging building stock will be demolished to make way for a brand new all-suites hotel. Three existing separate buildings currently containing guest suites will be retained and converted into fractional ownership units with their own pool in a lush courtyard setting. The new suites hotel will have a new purpose built two storey restaurant and entertainments pavilion with a deep and spacious two storey verandah. There will also be a new swimming pool with a hot tub and waterfall and a cool poolside terrace with a shady cabana bar. A construction start is currently tentatively scheduled for early 2007.
