Hamilton Waterfront This is certainly the most exciting and demanding project we have undertaken to date, and an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to the regeneration of the waterfront in the City of Hamilton. We are retained by The Corporation of Hamilton to spearhead the master planning of the redevelopment of the island's prime waterfront property in the heart of Hamilton. The initial proposals include the realignment and widening of Front Street to create a tree lined avenue and establishing a new waterfront, in the process adding several acres of developable land, which will accommodate a rich and vibrant mix of retail cultural and commercial development all with extensive vehicular parking facilities below. A new off-shore marginal wharf docking facility for visiting cruise ships is also an integral part of the scheme with full land based support facilities.
