Fidelity Pembroke Hall is a Grade C listed building and home to Fidelity International Limited. Entasis Architecture successfully led a team of consultants in the complete refurbishment of the interior of the building. In addition to total redesign and reconstruction of all work spaces, offices and conference facilities the work included complete clean-sweep demolition, engineering, design and installation of new electrical, mechanical, communications and security systems. A client imperative for uninterrupted business operations meant phasing the work on a floor by floor basis, and establishing a temporary but fully functioning and interconnected off site swing space for displaced staff.
