Cuba Entasis Architecture was engaged by a Dutch development Company to visit, investigate and report on the development potential of several sites in Cuba with the intention of creating one or more new integrated resort developments. Three sites were selected for further more comprehensive feasibility study and schematic design, from which one, Quinta del Rey in the Cayo Coco region on Cuba's north coast was identified as the site of choice. The proposals include a resort hotel, championship golf course and a marina and marina village.
