Bistro J & Port-o-Call Kitchen When ‘Port-o-Call’ restaurant, one of the island’s busiest and most successful restaurants located on Front Street in Hamilton, decided to expand their operations, Entasis Architecture was commissioned to design an entirely new restaurant, ‘Bistro J’ in an adjoining building. In order to support the burgeoning trade at Port-o-Call and the new business that the new restaurant would generate, our remit also included the installation of a new shared commercial kitchen facility.
