Master Planning
Agar’s Island
Agar’s Island had been in private ownership for many years. When the owners decided to sell they turned to Entasis Architecture for assistance. The island had remained undeveloped for many years but did contain some interesting historical structures, including a very substantial underground storage building; built in the same era as Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda’s West End, its original use was as a munitions magazine.

Entasis Architecture developed a master plan for development of the island as an exclusive luxury island home and secured Planning Approval in Principle before designing and producing a marketing brochure. The island was successfully sold to a private buyer for an undisclosed sum.
